Project Highlight: Vacation Rental on the Sunshine Coast

This cozy guest house project was built to provide friends and family a space to visit, along with some additional income generation on our client’s property. Location was key for these owners: close enough to be hands-on, but tucked away from the main house to create an idyllic space for their guests to enjoy.

The full kitchen features lots of storage for the guests to bring their own groceries and supplies, while offering up all the necessary cooking equipment. The thoughtful design, combined with attention to detail during the installation, has made for a functional and engaging space to create memorable meals and gatherings.

The primary bathroom feels spa-like, with a large soaker tub, separate shower and dual sinks.

With natural light pouring through the bedroom window, guests wake to the gentle rustling of the leaves — watching them dance and play in the morning light.

The second bedroom features a built-in shelving nook. What a great place for fresh flowers and other knick knacks.

Large windows provide a beautiful view of the trees and peek-a-boo views of Howe Sound. Combined with a gas fireplace, this space is sure to be cozy and comfortable year round.

With a wrap around deck, there is ample space for year round entertaining, both inside and out.

Our clients have created a wonderful spot to catch up with friends. This build will help create experiences that will be remembered for decades to come.
