Where do you build?
As a Sunshine Coast builder, we work throughout the region, including Langdale, Gibsons, Sechelt, Madeira Park, Halfmoon Bay, Pender Harbour and Roberts Creek. If you're searching for a trusted home builder near you, we’re local experts in high-performance, premium-quality construction. We also have a wealth of experience building on remote islands off the coastline of the Sunshine Coast and have a boat in our transport fleet, so if you have a challenging lot on an island nearby, that’s not a barrier for us
Do you take on renovations?
Yes! While we’re known as a custom home builder, we also handle renovations of varying sizes—while our main renovation focus is large-scale, structural renovations, we reserve a small number of spaces quarterly for smaller projects such as kitchen and bathroom upgrades to full-home transformations. Building & Design Process
How long does it take to build a custom home?
Every home is unique, but most custom homes take about 18-24 months from permitting to completion. Factors like permitting, design complexity, site conditions, groundwork and land prep and weather can all play a role.
Do you handle permits and approvals?
Yes. As an experienced home construction company, we take care of all permitting and approvals so you don’t have to navigate the red tape. Your permits are in the good hands of Kale, our Preconstruction Manager.
Can I use my own architect or designer?
Absolutely! We’re happy to collaborate with your chosen professionals, or if you need recommendations, we work with some of the best in the industry.
Costs & Financing
How long does it cost to build a custom home?

Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We don’t provide direct financing, but we can connect you with lenders who specialize in home construction loans.
