Owning a home on the Sunshine Coast is something special, but the coastal climate can be tough on your property. Heavy rain, salty sea air, and seasonal shifts all take a toll, and without proper upkeep, small issues that go unnoticed can quickly turn into costly repairs further down the road. 

Due to popular demand from our custom home client-base, we’ve developed brand-new Seasonal Maintenance Packages. Designed with local conditions and building practices in mind, these packages take the stress out of upkeep, so your home is always ready for whatever the season brings. These packages are perfect for you if: 

  • You don’t have the time (or you simply don’t want to!) carry out the necessary checks yourself 

  • You use your home seasonally rather than year-round and are off-Coast a substantial amount of the year 

  • You haven’t developed the eye for minor damage that could eventually turn into something worse if left untreated 

Why Seasonal Maintenance Matters 

Regular maintenance is more than just completing a checklist you find on Google and there are huge benefits to having professionals keep on top of things. Ensuring your home is protected during all seasons is protecting your biggest investments from the elements. A small leak left unattended can become structural damage, blocked gutters can cause drainage problems and severe rot, neglected decks or railings can turn into safety hazards. With consistent, professional care, these risks can be caught early and resolved before they escalate. In some cases, warranties and insurance can be affected if there is evidence that maintenance hasn’t been regularly carried out.

Our Spring/Summer Maintenance Package is all about refreshing your home after winter and preparing it for summer use. Services include: 

  • Full roof & siding inspection to spot hidden damage. 

  • Gutter & downspout cleaning for clear, reliable drainage. 

  • Power washing decks & patios for a fresh start. 

  • Window & door tune-ups, including hinge lubrication and screen checks. 

  • HVAC prep: Clean filters, check vents, and keep air flowing. 

  • Safety inspections for decks, stairs, and walkways. 

It’s the care your home needs, without the hassle of doing it yourself. 

You would expect to see us at your property between Feb-March 

And after the Summer months? 

When the seasons shift, our Fall/Winter Package helps safeguard your home against the rain, wind, and cold. From sealing windows and inspecting foundations to winterizing plumbing, we prepare your property to handle whatever the Coast throws at it. 

You would expect to see us at your property between September – October.

To make it easy to get started, we’re offering a discounted rate for the first year of service, including a bundled price when both the Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter packages are booked together. 

Optional add-ons from exterior paint updates to full Heat/HVAC service let you customise care to your home’s unique needs.

Please Note:  

  • Homes over 2,000 sq. ft. may be subject to additional charges due to extended service time and materials. 

  • If observed damages are noted outside of maintenance scope - we can provide quoting to repair damage or provide contacts for repair work to occur. 

  • If your property is deemed to be in a state of disrepair beyond regular maintenance, additional fees will be charged (upon agreement) to bring the property up to a reasonable maintainable standard. 

  • We service homes across the entirety of the Lower Sunshine Coast inclusive of: Langdale, Gibsons, Roberts Creek, Davis Bay, Sechelt, Halfmoon Bay, Secret Cove, Madeira Park, Garden Bay & Pender Harbour 

  • Additional charges will incur if your property is located on a remote site e.g. an island/water access only/no vehicle access
