While we grew up here, we still chose to live here – The Sunshine Coast of BC is our version of paradise. We strive to help our clients create spaces of their own, whether they are new builds, renewing a forever home through a renovation, or adding an accessory dwelling to expand the capacity of their property. Building on the Sunshine Coast presents some unique challenges, from uncleared lots on the sides of mountains to cliffside waterfronts with endless views of the Strait of Georgia or the Sechelt Inlet. It is remarkable how many different types of terrain we have navigated! With so much variety in build sites, local knowledge is key. That is where we lean on our experience and the experience of our partners. We work collaboratively to make sure the end goal, your build, is exactly what you need it to be.

 This nearly completed project is a great example of helping our client realize their dream home. We navigated some challenging and unexpected situations, mitigating building, timeline and financial challenges when unexpected geotechnical problems occurred. While the final design shifted as new information came forward, the project still yielded exceptional results: three stories with ocean views highlighted from each level, inclusive of a primary bathroom with views of the Coastal mountain ranges across the Unesco biosphere of Howe Sound. 

It’s rare for a project to go from an idea to move-in-ready without something unexpected happening. We strive to build trust with all the stakeholders, placing communication as our foremost priority. We want everyone involved to have a good time, work smart, and produce exceptional outcomes.
